As a Consultant Manager with us, you will take full responsibility for staffing, recruitment, and customer relations. You will work closely with both clients and consultants and be an important partner in securing the right competencies for employers in Örnsköldsvik and surrounding areas. The role combines sales, recruitment, matching, and personnel responsibility – perfect for you who thrive on variety and want to follow both consultants and clients throughout the entire process. The position is full-time and the location is Örnsköldsvik, with the office located in Arken.

In this role, you will combine client meetings, business development, and recruitment with close personnel responsibility for consultants – becoming an important link between companies and the right competencies.

• Client visits to both existing and new clients
• B2B sales work and prospecting new clients
• Preparation of quotes, contracts, and client-specific solutions
• Relationship building with small and large companies

• Ongoing follow-up to ensure quality, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire staffing and recruitment process: from designing and publishing job advertisements to matching candidates, conducting selections and interviews, and presenting final candidates to clients. You will also have personnel responsibility for consultants, which means ongoing contact and follow-up to ensure well-being and quality in assignments. The work also includes administration such as contracts, documentation, time reporting, and communication with both clients and consultants. Additionally, you will use social media to strengthen both the brand and candidate flow.

You have experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, sales, or similar roles and are accustomed to working with B2B sales and business development. You work in a structured manner, have good administrative skills, and communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are business-minded, relationship-building, and self-driven. Your personal qualities will weigh heavily in this recruitment. We prefer that you have an education in HR/PA, sales, recruitment, or another relevant post-secondary education; for this role, Swedish citizenship is a requirement.

A valid driver's license and a personal car are required, as the role involves client visits in Örnsköldsvik and nearby areas.
